Dunkin' - Anderson

Decided to try the iced coffee shakes here instead of the usual Starbucks, this was my first time to try it and it absolutely blew me away. The taste was definitely much fuller than Starbucks, it's priced very reasonably (much better than Starbucks) and they have a good variety! It made me wonder why people still choose Starbucks.. I also tried the donuts (which is their main specialty) and they're top notch. The only problem is that this particular branch does not have a seated area.

While I like the convenience of this location, the service has never been great. I have come many times and have never had a drink prepared how I ordered it- ranging from an iced drink served hot or being given the wrong drink entirely. I have never had such consistently bad experiences at a Dunkin location.

My sister wife loves this place. I personally can't bring myself to spend $4 on a drink that doesn't have alcohol in it. However it makes her happy.

Very blunt, unprofessional. They gave us the wrong order and were frustrated in the USA and not well communicated. The manager came into the window and asked very rudely what we waited, practically rolled his eyes. They went on the hill with professionalism and the service is not worth the moderate coffee.

Very rude ride thru staff. Helped by an older lady today trying to ask her something and she pretended I wasn't even there.
