Still no clue how to do customer service. How is that even possible? It's so simple to greet people, attend to them and then hand them well prepared, quick food. I wouldn't step foot in a Starbucks (gross) but they will soon take over customers from this business if they just do the simple things right. Customer service and properly prepared food
It's called Dunkin Donuts. Noon on a Saturday and on a Sunday they are out of donuts. Not only that but the consistency of their other products is poor. Service is meh and I blame all of these problems on the owners. This is by far the worst Dunkin in the USA.
I placed a Mobil order for frozen coffee and donut. Got there at 11:00 am yo pick up order and they were out of donuts. But they still charged my mobile order for both items. Told me they couldn't give me a refund. I would either have to come back tomorrow and get the donut or call customer service. So for $1.29 over charge they are willing to inconvenience a customer and lose business. Customer service app is a joke. Only want to give you points. When I said that wasn't acceptable I wanted a refund they have to open a case and tell you someone will contact you in 2 days. I realize this time was just $1.29 but what if I'd ordered a dozen donuts? What company charges you the price for full order but only gives you part of the order?
Horrible service stood in lobby for 5-10 minutes. No one greeted me as I walk out I wave at them. Lady laughs about it I won't ever be back.
