Restaurant small by its size (about 20 covers per service) but immense by its quality and soul. Think about booking before coming. He reminds me of the spirit of culinary excellence that reigned in our beautiful country in my youth. 3 or 4 admissions and à la carte dishes in order to favor quality in quantity. A big eater will table on the entrance/plat/dessert. Meat and fish are in honour but the cook will adapt to the demand of vegetarians. Everything's home. The desserts are also amazing! A treat for taste buds! The wines are excellent and served at optimal temperature. A real experience, much more than a simple meal. Your brain will bathe in the endorphins from the table. Nothing to say again. Simply, bravo!
