Acropolis Pizzeria & Restaurant - Anjou

I live in the area and I've ordered from Acropolis more than other pizza places nearby. Their pizzas usually have very generous toping (Lots of bacon for example if you order with bacon). Lots of cheese too. I believe the restaurant also changed management during/after the pandemic. I've had no problems with whatsoever with this place. They are somewhat more expensive than other pizza places though. But the pizza is definitely better imo. There is a bad review here by Richard D who gave a 1-star review because he couldn't pay with Interac because it was 1.50$ short of the minimum order by interac. While the cashier could have ben more reasonable, I know some cashiers are young and inexperienced teens, that's no reason to give such a bad score to the restaurant. Clearly Richard D didn't have his poop that morning.

Very disappointed with my experience last night. Very familiar service from the cashier. Ignored the gentleman in front of me and made a pricing error on my bill: never wanted to correct her mistake and refund me. It's unfortunate, the food is very good ... Waiting on site for take-out: 35 minutes

Use to order from this place at least once a week. Two weeks ago for no reason, I'm told that we can't pay with interact unless the order is over 15$. Tonight when I call..I'm told they don't deliver anymore for orders under 15$. My order was 13.69$ They just lost another customer. Good luck finding people who don't mind waiting over an hour for their deliveries.

The platter was large and the food was tasty. The service was friendly and fast. The restaurant was very clean. The owner came out to chat with us. We will definitely return.

I haven't had pizza like this in a long time. I had it on Saturday and ordered it again on Sunday night. You wouldn't understand unless you've tried it. Definitely worth the trip - the pizza is a solid 5 stars!
