For 10 minutes, servers run from us 10 to 12 times, but no one has stopped recognizing us or offering water or drinks. Service was not available. There were only two of us who made us so known? was very simple. Not sure how they survive. The place is dirty and the music was so loud that we couldn't talk to each other. We're not back. You?
The food is almost always great. Service is 50/50. Sometimes it's fantastic, other times it's terrible. Honest opinion drinks are overpriced unless you want shoulder to shoulder with very young people (accommodation and early 20's) do not go on a weekend. You can't move. Do not even remember the touch tunes on the evenings and weekends either-the list always seems to never end and fast pass is incredibly expensive. The upper floor terrace is fantastic when they first open and early afternoon, but once the evenings and weekends meet it crowded fast; Problems with servers come to you and you wait on the line at the bar. We also had multiple billing problems: After the tab run twice, drink and eat that we 't order added to our tabs, and a few times very late in the evening we've realized that our tabs were crazy too high, but 't got the opportunity to talk to someone because they were too busy. I could only repair my bill once, and it took 3 days to look into it and actually repair it. I would highly recommend paying only in cash.
Working group at the nearby hotel, we went to the Whiskey River for dinner. The waitress was super nice and friendly. Beer was good. Good value for food. Negative music is much too loud and the type of music is overdue especially at 19:00. Maybe after 9:00 a.m., crank it up if you want. But it was unpleasant. Food was a little fat, but okay for bar food. Onion rings were actually thin onion straws and super greasy and sad. However, chips and salsa were very good.
The staff here is beautiful and the store offers the great amenities of a bar, terrace and roof. These are the positives. On the other hand, management seems shameful not to have customer interests. No tap water can be served. The customer must buy a water bottle for $2. All credit card transactions are added 4%. Credit card transactions below $10 are rounded to $10, as the lowest transaction amount allows. Everything seems to be quite greedy to me. When they treat customers as they treat employees?
It was a nice atmosphere however the music is so loud you can't have a conversation with anyone I was hoping the upstairs would be different but it wasn't but the veiw was nice. I ordered a pitcher of beer I handed the bar tender a $20 I was expecting change but there was none that's the actual price. So the place is very overpriced.
