Carrol's Creek Cafe - Annapolis

This is our go-to Annapolis restaurant where we meet our friends from the Baltimore area. The service and food s consistently good.

As someone who had been to Carrol's Creek many times in the past, I was looking forward to seeing it after a remodel. From my memory, it was exactly the same. It was not a great first date spot. The lights were SO BRIGHT. There was also no background music. Just not particularly great ambiance all the way around. The food is good, but it's not cheap. For the price, there are better spots for a date.

Great location and ambiance. Food continues to only be so so. Had New Year's Brunch and both my wife and my crab Benedict were cold.

Dinner was great. We had Rockfish and Scallops. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful in guiding us towards the perfect anniversary dinner choices.

A delayed date night/ anniversary dinner. Had Swan as a waitress, fantastic and friendly and gave all her personal recommendations did not disappoint. Made anniversary dessert special with a candle and took it off our bill too! She is a fantastic waitress and the rockfish over risotto was amazing! Will definitely be going back !
