Papa Johns Pizza - Apex

Great. Always order correctly on the line. Use rarely delivery personal thing do not like the hot bags (of any pizza connection) they take the snack from the crust. When we used the delivery service, it was good.

Delivery service was quick and friendly. They did not screw up details in our order even until the last garlic sauce. I would recommend the bread sticks with the spicy garlic sauce.

I ordered a cheese pizza for delivery and the est time to delivery was 39 minutes. after an hour no pizza. we called a status update, and the guy on the phone said it was on the way out of the door. I waited another half an hour and checked the order status, it still said to be prepared. the guy says they're still waiting for the shipper. after another hour (my children have gone to bed without their promised pizza) the order status is marked as delivered. but we don't have pizza. this franchise is a chaos. fail.

Already a replacement order for the first chaos, now they send me another grounded pizza okay I will call on tomorrow and let them know 1) they don't care about their customer service 2) have their food quality reduced definitiw 3) no delivery grater so I was told that they don't know when I would get my food. a straight chaos that I will return to ol believer dominos

We ordered online large cheese pizza. nothing so complicated, very simple order. it was first delayed and then when I called, they said they don't see the order. I had to cancel the order after waiting for 1 hour. Please do not take online orders if they are not able to deliver an order or if their system does not work.
