Avaliação da contribuiçãoThe same as stated below by many other people. bad service, wrong orders and the journey through time wasted that they do not know is a waste of time until they order it. does not believe open. they close when they want. eating is good when they have the chance to get their order right. I usually only use simple soft tacos to avoid headaches.
I ordered truff nacho pommes, chicken chalupas supreme combo, nacho bellgrande, rind 5 layer burrito and 2 nacho pommes. after the trip thru, I end with truff nacho pommes, 2 tacos, 1 soft taco, nacho bell grande, rind 5 layer burrito and no nacho pommes. not sure how they have messed up the order that is bad as I placed it online. they might deliberately know that I will not come back to complain because the front door is locked and the drive thru has 10 cars with a waiting of up to 30 minutes. that's all about 18 o'clock. I also see some kids working and playing. there was no manager. that's the worst experience I've ever had. Don't come here.
At the moment it waits over 30 minutes. I have seen that three web orders are made and only two cars go through the drive. this is not my first time I am a big fan of taco bell, but that happens all the time. the hired seem to be in no hurry to do something. eating was always good at this place I would recommend getting the app and ordering 45 minutes in advance if they plan to go here.
Yes the 30-minute drive thru wait time reviews are not karens. That was me. the workers seemed hard working and hectic, I wonder if they are underoccupied and not supported by companies.
Asked for no sour cream and no cheese on the veggie burrito. It was specified on the order and receipt. Burritos came with sour cream and cheese. Luckily my wife's dairy allergy is only mild.My double beef burrito was missing fiesta strips.1/4 of my chicken quesadilla was missing chicken and cheese.Shame on me for driving home before checking, I guess ?
