Taco Bell - Appleton

Do you like being trapped in a long line for an hour? Then this is the place for you. They’ll pretend the store is closed, put up a sign saying they only accept cash, or just disappear until they feel like it. I’m currently trapped in a vehicle with three starving kids and can’t even leave because cars are in front and behind me. Happens here time and time again.

Just gross. Every table but one dirty, floor dirty, windows dirty, toilet not working and restroom dirty, staff slow/unresponsive. Will never go back there.

Used drive thru, only 1 car in front 9f me. Took over 5 minutes to get 1 crunch wrap supreme. Paid with debit card, had to ask woker to give it back to me.

Went to the drive through at midnight, long line of cars that took forever but figured it’s just a Saturday night. The people in the car ahead of me waited for over 10 min at the drive through and ended up getting out of the car and asking what was going on bc no one was there. The dude inside said “no, we’re closed” even though the drive through was advertised as open until 3am. Waited for over a half hour and got nothing out of it. 0/10

Waited in line for 25 min without anybody coming to the window to talk our order. There were about 10 people in line behind us. We pulled up to the window to see if there was anybody there and there were 4 people right by the window talking. This was at 11 pm.
