Avaliação da contribuiçãoI spent a night there in the last month, my experience was good, my room was big, clean, breakfast was great, except for the coffee it was just bad. I would recommend
Nice hotel where I often stay for work. The staff is friendly and always trying to help. The fitness room is excellent. Of the minuses, I would note the presence of a bad Internet that is not stable and periodically disappears. Also, the presence of a sauna and a swimming pool that do not work, I think, does not add pluses to the review.
Probably the largest hotel rooms i have ever had... We had the executive room. Maybe the best mid class hotel in Aqaba. Half the price of the Hilton or Mövenpick. However, the difference in price translates directly into the standard. The hotel is clean the staff is friendly and the breakfast is big and rich but everything has the vibe of being cheaper Hard to articulate, and nothing negative but something to be aware of. Also I had no warm water when showering in the morning...
I didn't find Aqaba a nice or beautiful city, so considering the location, it doesn't really matter, but the hotel is not near the beach (although you won't want to go to the city's beach either, since it's so dirty and polluted). The staff was nice, the breakfast and dinner buffet average and the room so so, but we were facing a wall "excellent room choice by our travel agency, Abreu, as with all other hotels during our stay in Jordan... Not happy at all There's a Hilton nearby, so I would probably choose it over this one.
The reservation cancelled, because we were asking about the check-in time and was getting a random answers! The manager of Front desk was showing his muscles shouting and proud to cancel the reservation! What a hospitality!! UPDATE(FOR OWNER REPLY) I did arrive at 3:00 PM; We called the reception at 11:00 AM to confirm the reservation for a room for a double bed and an extra single bed! The reception answer was confirmed and then we drove 4 hours to Aqaba! When we arrived(3:00 pm), the reception said they were unsure when your room would be ready! So start guessing 15 minutes, not sure, ...etc. Then he was very smirking and answered the reservation for three single beds! I thought that the manager was joining the front desk; he would solve the issue!! But, unfortunately, he started frustrating me by saying to keep calm and don't shout; then, he canceled the reservation! I wasn't shouting at all; I was asking for time and the check-in process, as this considers my rights as a hotel guest! If you cannot handle unpleasant guests in your hotel and can't handle your staff, then; don't blame the others for reviewing your hotel this way! Finally, the positive point was that girl in reception understood the situation and tried to fix it! But the front desk manager was wise enough to cancel the reservation to solve the problem!
