Avaliação da contribuiçãoI paid nearly $20 for a small portion of turkey that had no good flavor at all. The filling was also unappetizing and served as one of the two sides. This was a strange experience and I will not be returning. Overall, I would rate the food 1 out of 5.
The gravy had a strange taste, almost like dirty water. The manager, or possibly an Asian female employee, was not dressed appropriately with her shirt half-unbuttoned, wearing a sports bra, and sweatpants in the main lobby.
The restaurant is decent overall, but their sweet potato/yam dishes are exceptional. The rest of the food is good, but the yams are truly standout.
The customer service was excellent and the food was served promptly. I ordered the 1/4 rotisserie chicken and a 1/2 slab of ribs with sides. The sides were tasty and the chicken was delicious. However, the ribs seemed to have been boiled before BBQ sauce was added, resulting in a bland flavor.
Made an online order. Arrived to pick it up, was told it was cancelled. It was not, I was still charged. Contacted Boston Market through multiple means for a refund, no response. Went back to give them another chance. Ordered in the drive through. Got to the window, charged my card, then they were suddenly out of everything I ordered. I made some compromises, worker assured me he would hook it up for the inconvenience. Got my food and left only to find out instead of hooking me up he actually gave me much less than I ordered. Will not be coming back
