Chipotle Mexican Grill - Arlington

I absolutely adore this Chipotle! The portions are always plentiful, whether I order in person or online. The restaurant has ample seating and it's easy to find a spot, even during the lunch rush. Occasionally, there is a long line for pick-up orders, and it may be quicker to wait in line and order in person. However, I understand that weekdays at lunchtime can get busy due to the nearby offices.

I have never been to a worse Chipotle store than this one, and unfortunately it's the closest to me. I've found that the only way to get my order right is by ordering in person. Last month, I ordered a salad through the app and ended up with someone else's burrito bowl in my bag, along with salad dressing on the side. They gave me a free entree as an apology, but it had an expiration date. So I used it on the expiration date. This time, they got the salad right but forgot the dressing. I let them know and they first offered a free soda to make up for it, then a BOGO. Nice try, Chipotle, but I think I'll be avoiding this location in the future. If I use the BOGO, it will be at a different store.

The employees at this restaurant were the worst I have ever encountered. One of them slammed my bowl down and threw it in a bag, even though I had been polite. I was so disgusted that I just walked out.

The portions are toooo small when I asked the lady to add more chicken and I went to the cashier to pay I found him charging me $2 extra dollars for a bit of chicken... I would never go back in there.. boycotting from now on!

I've moved to the DMV area in fall of 2021 and this is my first time getting Chipotle in a long, long time. I see this Chipotle everyday since I live across the street and never got any cravings for it until today. Overall, your standard Chipotle where most, if not all, seats and tables have some sort of grease marks or stains. The servers today were quick and I got my order in less than five minutes even though this was around dinner time (there was practically no line). Usually at around 9:30 PM, there's a crowd of gym bros ordering Chipotle so I guess that's when the real rush hour is at this one. It's standard, nothing to complain about. The food was seasoned well and I devoured my chicken burrito bowl. They gave me a good amount of food here, so I'm satisfied.
