Denny's - Arlington

Avoid coming to this restaurant during the late Night Shift after a game. Save yourself the trouble. The servers are doing their best, but they are understaffed. I feel sorry for them. They should consider putting up a closed sign until they can catch up with their orders. The food was good once we finally received it after a 2-hour wait.

We stood there for about 10 minutes before we were greeted. The menus were dirty and needed to be cleaned. The food came really fast, but the pancakes were cold. We overheard one waitress telling a family that she is the worse server in Texas and was sitting while taking their order.

The restaurant was very clean and efficient. The waitress was friendly and welcoming. Despite the breakfast rush, she was attentive and made sure to check on us regularly. The food was fresh, hot, and presented in an appealing way. I would highly recommend this place.

Was charged for a free birthday meal , showed my QR code and all , still was charged and the manager refused to give me a refund for something that was suppose to be free! Even called there corporate office and was hung up on . Terrible service ruined my whole birthday and the waiters was ghetto . It's false advertisement tbh

The customer service was lacking, prices were high, and the food was mediocre. Safety concerns and cleanliness issues were also present at the restaurant.
