Avaliação da contribuiçãoI've been looking forward to this place for months, and it definitely lived up to my expectations. We tried the birria tacos, birria ramen, shrimp tacos, elote, and chicken tacos. Both birria dishes were outstanding, and the shrimp tacos were great too. I would definitely order the elote again. This restaurant is somewhat tucked away, but it's absolutely worth the find. It’s clean, and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant!
The Birria tacos are wonderfully crispy on the outside, delivering a satisfying crunch with every bite. The beef is incredibly tender, flavorful, and juicy, melting perfectly into the cheese. You can also request a small side of consome to dip your taco in while you eat, which enhances the experience. I also tried the Birria ramen, and I was pleasantly surprised by how well the two cuisines blend. The broth is spicy and just salty enough, fully infusing the beef with flavor. While there were some toppings in the ramen, it was mostly a delicious bowl of noodles and beef. You really can’t go wrong with either dish, and if you have the chance, I highly recommend trying both the tacos and the ramen from their menu!
I had high hopes that Ñoño's would be my new go-to for birria, but unfortunately, their birria tacos and quesadilla didn’t meet my expectations. The location is somewhat inconspicuous; you need to look out for the small sign and head up the stairs. While the meat was incredibly tender, it was lacking in flavor— all I could taste was clove. The cheese in both the quesadilla and tacos was more like chunks of cheese that weren't fully melted, making them hard to eat. On the positive side, they did double the tortillas and lightly fry them, which helped prevent them from getting soggy. Overall, Ñoño's is an average birria spot, but I don’t think I’ll be returning.
I recently went to this taco place and tacos tasted great. The service was not great though. After waiting around 30 minutes for our order, we followed up with the staff and the food didn’t appear to be made yet. There was no apologies or explanation, they simply looked at our ticket, read it, then walked away to the kitchen. We weren’t sure what was going to happen. We ended up waiting an additional twenty minutes for our food, totaling almost an hour’s wait for food for two. Their tacos are on the higher end (almost $5 each). So I would have expected better service from them. The food was the best part, these were great birria crunchy cheesy tacos. The nachos and birria torta were great too. The venue has plenty of seating, but I’m not sure it’s wheelchair accessible as you have to go up some pretty steep steps to reach it.Parking is also limited so I would advice going during non-busy hours, and just keeping this in consideration.
