Steak 'n Shake - Arlington

I didn't see any cars. Should have been my first idea. I ordered a burger and onion rings. Both were so greedy and so terrible that I threw the whole meal in the garbage. Probably the worst burger I've ever taken a bite and thrown away. Please, boys, do better. That was a waist of time and money. Will never go there again. And from the view of the parking lot everyone else becomes. How do you stay in business? That was pure yuch!!!!!

We have been protecting this restaurant since it was founded. Last night we ordered on the line to pick up. The online order gave a pickup time, but when we arrived, they did not even begin to prepare our order. It was finished about 40 minutes later. When the order was finished, almost nothing was as we had ordered. Neither milkshake was ordered. No BBQ sauce with the onion rings. No bacon on the grilled cheese sandwich. I doubt that we will ever apply this restaurant to any place.

Diving is a great environment, fairly clean and quiet, good distances so you don't have to sit too close to everyone and the staff was very cool and accommodating. I also loved the shake in a high glass instead of a polystyrene-to-go-coupFood: 4/5

I love this place, but the night team has made our whole order wrong. He told us that we cannot add ranch to our order in the window, gave us no receipt, so we could say the name on it or get my points, gave us 2 simple burgers with cheese only if I had a number 5 garlic burgers and a children burgers no cheese, we ordered a speciality shake and got a simple one. And the icing on the cake was when we came back by the drive to tell them that this was not our order, they only looked at us, locked the window and pretended we were not there. I wouldn't have taken care of it if they had just made a burger without cheese. I honestly just want my money back because I got demolished and this job is not eaten. What a waste.

Came for the seconed time, and im way more dissapointed than the 1st trip. The shakes had less flavor and the burgers were a bit overcooked. 2/5 for this trip, i feel it really depends on whose in the kitchen for the taste of the food.
