Jersey Mike's Subs - Arvada

Although the food good, it is difficult to write a positive review. We are locals and find ways to support businesses that support our community. Unfortunately this specific Jersey Mikes location does not.We purchased a fundraising discount card from our highschool. Jersey Mikes had a BOGO coupon on it. When presenting it, we were told that they no longer accept that coupon . Other Jersey Mike locations will accept this coupon but this location in particular is not interested in supporting local sports teams by honoring it.We use this location often for ordering our office lunches (without coupons) but feel it 's best to take our business elsewhere to properly support those who support our community. Super disappointed.

I wish I had paid attention to the name tags, but regardless, my sandwich was great and when the manager heard my order was without onions, she immediately started remaking it and double checked whether I still wanted the peppers. The Chipotle Cheesesteak is the best sandwich?

Reading the majority of these reviews are spot on. Good service, good food, and the place is the cleanest Jersey Mike's I have been in. For the bad reviews, they are comical. One guy had to wait 4 minutes for his sandwich? Oh shucks, how did he survive this trauma? This location rocks and will be the only one I go to. They have this place running like a machine.

Only thing I wish is that the mini wheat buns were not so hard. Otherwise

The food rating is 5 stars, never been disappointed with the food at any of the Jersey Mike's I've patronized over the last decade plus, including this store since it opened. Maybe it's the timing of opening during a pandemic, the shortage of people looking for entry level compensation, but there's been a consistent high turnover rate behind the counter and service has suffered because of it. Inability to get the order right the first time, unfamiliarity with the menu items are the norm. I will be going back to an outlet that is a few more miles away.
