Burger King - Ashburn

I recently tried the delicious and fresh rodeo cheeseburgers at this restaurant and they were amazing! The service was for take out and I had it for dinner. The price per person was between $10 and $20. I highly recommend their chicken sandwich, chicken club salad, onion rings, bacon cheese crispy chicken sandwich, big fish sandwich, frozen Fanta cherry Icee, vanilla hand spun shake, hamburger, classic fries, impossible whopper, whopper sandwich, vanilla shake, whopper, mozzarella sticks, original chicken sandwich, single impossible king, and chicken fries.

I frequent this restaurant often for their everyday menu items, but I am often frustrated by their inefficient service, especially when compared to other nearby Burger Kings. It is frustrating how long they make you wait to place an order, and then how many times you have to repeat yourself, even when using coupons. I have spoken with the manager multiple times about this issue, but he has shown no interest in improving customer service or listening effectively. Just two days ago, I tried to address the issue again, only to be told to take my business elsewhere. It's a shame that they are willing to lose customers over such a simple issue. It seems I am not the only one who has experienced this level of disrespect at this location.

Manager Daniel is awesome... told him about not too hot fries he took care of it immediately... extremely good customer service

It's a Burger King. The service is efficient, the staff friendly, and the food is exactly what you expect.

Always get the orders wrong. Asked for whopper without cheese and Mayo because my daughter has allergies and they put cheese and Mayo. Unbelievable.
