Avaliação da contribuiçãoDinner for a long weekend trip with my sisters. A late flight meant that our reservation had to be charged 6:45 to 7:30, but that was a simple call on the car with the Edison staff. Lindsay was a wonderful server attentive, friendly, but not overwhelming. She offered helpful suggestions for drinks. Our food came right, fast and delicious. We ordered the shrimps, pulled chicken sandwich and grilled cheeses with a Panna-Citta trio to split for dessert. Each of us ordered a drink, Entree and Splitting Dessert, we paid between $50 75 per person. We sat on the terrace and had to catch the last minutes of sunset, a wonderful start to our trip. Very recommended for a cozy dinner experience with an upscale pub feeling.
We booked a dinner here for our 20th anniversary. The views were amazing, but the food was mediocre. We stayed in Asheville for five days and from all meals we had over the five days, this was our LEAST favorite but also the most expensive. For the price I expected it was amazing and it was?t. My husband enjoyed the meat, but his potatoes were warm. I had the pulled chicken and it was the same. Warm and easy. I saw other complaints about food temperature, and I agree that there is a problem that food is not hot from this kitchen. I wanted to order Dessert Beacuse I was still hungry not to eat more than a single French frit (they are not good at all) and the chicken from my sand that, but I didn't want to pay more to be left back. Service was great. Kitchen, not great. So we left the most important dinner of the whole holiday disappointed. ?
Fun night filled with cocktails and good food. The Snapper Fried Whole Fish was DELICIOUS, great presentation and cooked perfectly. Always a good time at Edisons and the views are breaking.
Tonight was our second time dining here. Beautiful views and excellent customer service. It?s a small menu but enough options to select something great for each taste. The bison meatloaf is a must try. We ordered the market fish (sea bass) as well as the new hot chicken pulled chicken sandwich. They boast fresh flavors and a great selection of local brews. I highly recommend!
Lovely spot at the Grove Park Inn, great for a lunch with a view of the beautiful mountains and the gardens. The food was okay, definitely a lunch or brunch spot. The lamb burger has a massive bun and a small burger with little cheese and filling wished the bread was smaller and the burger bigger for a $20 dollar burger. The Buffalo wings were delicious and a great starter. The salads are large a quite good. The staff must be stretched thin as we waited nearly 30 min just to get the check. Other than that the food and the ambiance was nice !
