I call on date 22/07 for an order from about 50 euros but being Saturday I am told after about 10 minutes from the order that the driver of deliveries is not available considering the amount of orders in Asti. Today on 25/07 I feel I make an order and it comes to me quite another version: they do not deliver so far (13km away) even for an order of 50 euros of Tuesday evening, unfortunately now comes the most serious part...after 1 hour exact from the elaboration of the order I am called by a boy who with arrogant make tells me that he saw the order after an hour and that he can not take it because too distant. The call ends with the refresher who closes my phone to my face without providing me with solutions and leaving 3 people without dinner at 21.10 after the order was made at 20.10. I don't think it's necessary to say that they should educate staff before they even sell food. I will distract him from anyone I meet, never happened to be treated with such arrogance and menefreghism.!!!
