Mokja - Astoria

Very affordable Korean food. They were there twice and had added more food next time. The waitresses are very friendly and the food was delicious and well displayed. The interior has a cozy atmosphere that I really liked and although small in size, it is really a great place to dive out.

I live in the area and I had Mokja many times before, but that was my first experience. I went early and the restaurant wasn't full. I would say they had a moderate amount. We sat immediately and from there it was as usual. Order delicious food. Eating said food. Feel full. Our server was excellent; not too absent but not to transfer. I'll definitely come back. I think the food was better to eat in it. I don't know. Maybe it's a temperature thing.

Our first time there tonight and the ambience was so beautiful, the music was cool and relaxing and all about the experience was amazing. We had the chicken dumplings, Hot Stone Bibimbap, marinated short rib-dinner box and it was all delicious. The service was great by Tina and the rest of the staff. Can't wait to go back and try more dishes!

Decent spot, sea food pancake was crunchy and shrimp fried rice was good. If this is your 1st time trying Korean food, you will like it. I had better Korean food though. The service was good.

Food and service are excellent at Mokja! Your experience starts with a friendly hostess. Followed by getting offered hand sanitizer and a wet towel before getting the menu. Idk about you but I love this. Do you know or can you imagine how many germs live on menus
