Burger King - Atascadero

Took the kids to the Atascadero Burger King this afternoon after an all-stars soccer tournament for ice cream cones. Ordered at the drive through.When he handed us our cones I immediately Commented, Laughingly, That 's not right.... The cone hardly had any ice cream in it at all. It didn 't even fill the rim of the cone. Only about an 1 1/2 maybe 2 inches tall. I handed it back to him and said this isn 't right, there 's almost no ice cream in it, and asked if he could put a little more in there for the kids. He said no that 's the way they make them. I laughed again thought he was kidding with me and said that 's not right. There 's almost no ice cream in there. Then he said that 's the way the machine does it.. I asked him to just hold it under the machine again and put a little more ice cream in there. He said no, that 's the way they 're made. It was crazy. I couldn 't believe what he was saying. I told him that we had just been to the Morro Bay Burger King over the weekend and they were the normal 4-5 inches tall ice cream cone with swirls as they put it into the cone. These were literally like 3 small spoons of ice cream plopt into the cone. The kids were so disappointed..... The Burger King employee wouldn 't do anything, unbelievable!!! Do not go to the Atascadero Burger King. What a rip-off, $2.79 for 3 spoons of ice cream in a cone. Shame on Atascadero Burger King....I 'll never go back...

I HAVE 3 WORDS TO DESCRIBE THIS BUSINESS: HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! They kept my credit card, lost it, and found it later. Ridiculous! All of the ridiculous hassles this has caused me: gas money, resetting payments on bills due to having to replace the card, time, money and do you think they offered me anyt type of compensation for this! A&W can't stay in business but this place can? I think I've figured out why they suck, the drive through worker doesn't listen to the orders. They just make it up as you order and that results in getting the wrong food, made the wrong way and getting overcharged in the process. The attitude of the employees doesn't help, I know it's fun to laugh at work, laughing at customers, hahaha so funny! Well, we working stiffs would like to order food that we want to eat and not pay for food we don't want, served without a side of disrespect.

This place sucks!! If you like Burger King, don't eat at this one. It will make you hate Burger King. THE WORST!!
