Koi Chinese Cuisine Lounge - Attleboro

I usually find this restaurant to be quiet with prompt seating and service. The prices are reasonable and the food is tasty. I would rate it a 4.5 and if the portion sizes were larger, it would easily earn a perfect score from me.

We have visited Koi multiple times and always enjoy the delicious food and well-made drinks. The service is generally good, but there are some issues with timing of food delivery. On some occasions, sushi is served last even after entrees, leading to disparities in meal arrival times for guests. During our last visit, there was a 15-minute wait between cocktails for some guests. We also noticed a higher bill than expected, with automatic gratuity being added without prior notice. While we don't mind the gratuity, it would have been appreciated to be informed beforehand. This has made us question if gratuity has been added without disclosure on previous visits. Automatic gratuity is understandable, but transparency is key.

The Hot and Sour soup was excellent. I appreciate when enough cornstarch is used to prevent the soup from breaking before finishing it. The shrimp with lobster sauce was packed with flavor and plenty of shrimp. The beef teriyaki was tender and delicious. Overall, a fantastic dining experience!
