Avaliação da contribuiçãoI really enjoyed my visit to this store. Every one was so nice. I entered the drive through and was treated to a vip experience. I was invited to drive around the store park out front with about 5 other cars. We were all just vibing and enjoying our wait. We even had fun trying to help the employees find the right cars. Ohh and the food was so good I took pictures!Parking: Most of the spots are taken by people waiting for there order but there's usually a few open spots
How can the employees not know their own menu. Saying they have no combo when right in front of the big menu it says combo. I always order it a combo. The soda tastes like water and the area is always sticky and uncleaned. They give me my order without my drinks. Everything was all over the place.
The cashier in the drive thru was very pushy if we were gonna order anything else. Didn’t give me any time to look at the menu and rushed us out. On top of that he didn’t give us a receipt. Then they forgot our hash browns even though we bought two meals. We got home and realized and Chelley was no help at all. The drive thru worker and Chelley did not help us out and asked us for a receipt even though not given one. Finally we had a competent employee come out named Raul that was very kind and addressed the matter professionally and got us out quick and feeling better than we did before. Shout out to Raul!
Refused to take our order and demanded us to use the kiosk. Bad customer service. Will not be coming back.
How is this even considered food. The ice cream has no cream in it, it taste like water. And the chicken nuggets have more skin than a uncircumcised elephant.
