I do not trust to go through the running gear thru because their order will not be correct. as with most restaurants, some employees are nice and attentive while others are not. this visit began by someone who came after me and complained about a command that she had to return after driving from the drive to the house. she looked at me and asked me, did you check the reviews before you came? Of course she didn't do it and I felt really bad for her. when I placed my order, they had only a few pieces of chicken ready to serve, I could see the cook in the back boil completely another batch, but when I asked how long would take ot he was as if he did not hear and scream 25 minutes. When I answered, I can wait, then he tells his coworker that it will only be a few minutes to finish. I've rooted for this place since I've seen myself in the opposite and management teams to always change, but to be honest, I think it's time to give up. good thing there are much more possibilities to choose in the opposite now.
Has not asked if we want sauce and I forgot to ask since my child has screamed, I have starved. her mac n cheese tasted. like a pap. I don't know why it's not in the past. frozen strawberry limonade was awesome
Do not worry about getting ahead, as it will not be ready when they come. huh is good, but know what the experience will be and be ready to wait. can be easier to go and order, but when I arrived, there were at least 3 commands before me that were mobile orders.
Went through drive through. Asked for 4 mild legs, and a 5 piece mild tenders. Got to window and was told that they did not have legs. Now this is 5:20 in the evening at dinner time. She then says it will be 9 minutes for the legs to come up. I tell them that I?ll wait and pull up to the front of the building. After 30 minutes, the manager comes out and says it will be another 5 minutes on the tenders. I then go inside and get my money back. The manager just looked at me with this lost look. 30 minutes waiting on a few pieces of chicken is uncalled for, especially when they were not busy when I pulled up in line initially. Terrible management. I will never go back to that location again.
The past two days I have went. On the first day I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches. I received one, the other was full of mayonnaise. The second day I was asked twice if I ordered two spicy sandwiches with no pickles. The girl then proceeds to give me one sandwich and the other was NOT a spicy and also BURNT AND OBVIOUSLY OLD. The bread was STALE. This Popeyes is not recommended and horrible.
