Taco Bell - Auburn Hills

Friendly service from the order to the pick-up window. Service is fast and good. I'm always in a hurry and this place never disappointed! Even if they make a mistake (what they do not have) I would give them 5 stars because their customer service is excellent!

Honestly I get frustrated by locations being closed outside of posted hours. This location needs to take the hint and close until it can figure out it’s issues. My orders are messed up frequently completely wrong items are included, and I was told on June 29 2023 after waiting for 25 minutes for my mobile order that they had made it 25 minutes ago, that’s disgusting. I can only hope that the owner takes a hint and closes this new location down temporarily to figure this out because he’s obviously not ready to undertake this line of work.

Worst taco bell ever employees don't know how to assist customers and this place your own order and pay I might as well work there!! No employee could help with kiosk my lunch is only 30 minutes I work 3 minutes from restaurant and only ordered 1 taco and a chicken chalupa and still took 20 minutes!! Never going back!!!

Ridiculous negligence when it comes to serving a complete order. They could literally forget 70% of your order and some how after looking at the other reviews of what seems like the same instance with others. This place remains unchecked and running with such poor attention to actual customer service and customer satisfaction.
