Joe's Crab Shack - Aurora

Worst experience. Had no beers on tap and a shield on the door said that the alcohol was limited due to supply problems. That was an understatement! The service was not existent. Waited too long for our food and there was no corn in one of the buckets. Never go to this Joe again.

We made a reservation for 9:45 and they could not honor it because they had closed the kitchen.

First time in your restaurant, no heat, food was great, server was great

Raquel and the manager were amazing. I had an issue with clusters vs. bucket and was accommodated and left full and happy. Only think is I would seat people away from the windows as I don’t think the heat was blowing, probably a cost thing which totally understand. But we were shivering from the draft by the windows and put our coats on. Maybe it’s just the window area? Thank you!

New Years Eve. I was surprised they didn’t have any specials for this day.
