Avaliação da contribuiçãoI spent an hour before a server approached me. one of the female members, annette, beaten me and migrated away when I proved the time. the manager in the service, brian, initially refused my to eat from the children's menu. I explained why I was obliged to do so for a reason. the chief manager e-mail, said he would take care of it and sends me 2 VIP tickets.
Eating is crazy great youngs! best burger I had from a non-specialized Burger community in as forever. the server was super not all in her face, but quietly make sure that she covers everything in her order and made it exactly as I wanted. it was not overly busy and loud. it was a pleasant date night trip!
Peter, you're the man! l 347 from 20.12.2013, p. 1.) we had originally a server that didn't want to wait on our table, she was upset and rolled her eyes a few times while she took our drink order. 15 minutes later, we haven't had our coffee yet. she was waiting for all the tables around us. I began to treat this question with her when she cried where peter a minute later we peter met with our drinks. the best setting I've ever seen on a young server. he was polite and efficient with his own swirl and charm. I was no longer here because the service was bad. but peter made this visit a great one. Oh, and the breakfast wasn't bad. I ate everything on my teller for the first time.
The reason this place is getting a 5 star is because of outstanding customer service of our server Brian brown . It is the second time he is serving us and the moment I walked in, he knew what I wanted for drinks. He single handedly took care of atleast 12 table during the rush hour. Dennys food is dennys food as y’all know. But what makes this location different and better from others is the people like him working here!
Stopped by for a late dinner 4/24, they only had 1 waiter who’s name I believe is Brian B (per receipt), and man he left me speechless, I have never seen someone so hard working, he was amazing at attending every single table and kept everything running smooth. I did not have to wait long and he was really kind to all guests. That man and the cooks need a raise asap, have never seen an understaffed restaurant run like that, this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant.
