Starbucks - Austin

Kind great, great service, and available drive-thru! What else do you need from Starbucks? They made my ordered just right. Make sure you try their pistachio Frappuccino!

I don’t EVER do reviews. If I ever had, they were to warn others of bad experiences. This not the case for Starbucks on riverside. I moved to Austin in June of 2021. I have been going to this Starbucks every day to every other day. To say it bluntly, they are amazing. I’ve seen nothing but friendly faces and hard working hands. Even in the midst of unpleasant customers. I’ve witness them never break their smiles and work to resolve the issue. This is a Starbucks that is worth the long line! Drinks are ALWAYS made amazing too. They’re really making it hard to move out of the area, but the main reason I am here is because of Omar. I had the absolute pleasure of meeting this person today and they absolute stole my heart! Omar immediately made me feel like we new each other. Gave me compliments and just was the sweetest most amazing breath of fresh air. Meeting Omar was a pick me up I didn’t even know I needed! I seriously wish I could have hugged him because his amazing heart made today so much more special. PLEASE GIVE OMAR A RAISE. HE DESERVES IT. It’ll brings me to tears to think I’m going to be leaving this store and how disappointing it will be if my next store isn’t this good. Thank you so much, Omar. I hope you stay cozy and warm with your little heater love

Standard Starbucks experience here. They freshly brewed my decaf which I appreciated and I sat comfortably, enjoying my coffee for about 20 minutes. The seating area was clean and the staff were friendly.

I just had the most awesomest drive thru person today! Didn’t ask for her name sadly forgot to. She was sweet with all my add ons, these days I get ppl who sigh and cut me off if I ask for 1 little twitch in the drink and makes me feel bad and I don’t get what I want and it shouldn’t be like that. Just wanted her to get her recognition here at least!

This store is very efficient. Service was quick, all employees were friendly and the manager was wonderfully kind.
