Burgerfi - Aventura

Kassandra only worked there five days! This woman should have the place. She didn't let us go until we got everything we wanted and perfect. We're literally being blown away. We didn't think she was from Miami, she was soooo nice!! My friend and I are locals. I was always in hospitality, for companies like Ritz Carlton, that was five star services.

It's always nice when you're properly greeted with a Huge Beautiful Smile a lovely Cherry voice! Cassandra you do me EVERYTIME!! I only come for you , you really made my day today! Coming from the beach with such a hunger we ordered a cheeseburger with a fried egg salt and vinegar fries AMAZING ! HEALTHY JUICY BURGER

Great food and the service was great. I was served by the manager Christy she was very nice and always smiling. Will be back for sure. The location is great!

Like the name of the restaurant, this chain mostly serves burgers (meat, chicken and vegetarian alternative, Jens Burger). You have an option of alcohol (beer) and both well and bottle drinks. They have a very nice outdoor seating area. I found the burgers to be just fine. Not much taste unless you add spices. The Pommes weren't that great either. The staff just looks overworked. So there is a sign that it shows that it is short staff like most places. This is probably the reason why the bathrooms do not have toilet paper, because who knows when it was the last time, someone went to inspect and clean it.
