Avaliação da contribuiçãoHad an excellent experience in the cabin. My one-year-old and three-year-old loved the freedom of the open air and the constant ice stream from the café. The staff is friendly and personal. My only concern is that this good review will make it a more popular destination, and take away from the tranquility that is so rare in Southern California.
This place is part of a Dying Breed of companies. The picturesque camping shop Cafe combination with its selection of snacks, camping equipment, souvenirs and rustic charm. The owner Adam is interesting and charming and has a lot to say about his life there and the local mountains and things in this area. The menu is somewhat limited and the interior selection of dry goods small, but quite extensive considering that you are in the middle of the mountains. It is open 6 days a week, closed only on Tuesday.
Good food, great service the little things that make a day off seem like a day off.
Beautiful day roads were free of any falling rocks or sand totally clear ! The ride to Crystal Lake was great! Its well worth the trip . Had one of the best cheese burgers very good stuff! Its a great way to spend an afternoon exploring..
I can't say enough about how much I love this place. Adam and his family are the most friendly hosts for those who visit. I love the introduction of friends and family into this oasis. The food is simply great, and the cabins Adam rented are amazing. Please respect the speed limits, families with children are outside and if you camp, please drown the fireplace before leaving. Have fun and visit. Yeah.
