After the founder's death, the next generation missed the restaurant a completely new touch and gave it an elegant and contemporary ambience. In my opinion, the quality of the food has also improved, as well as the portion sizes have been normalized, it is pleasantly rich and no longer bursting. There are many who see this change negatively and miss the old restaurant, but without Stergios it was no longer the same. The decision of the family was absolutely correct and the next generation makes a really good job. Go on!
