Very nice, quiet when we arrived. Filled up by the time we left, good food

Very nice restaurant. Even though we had made a reservation through their website, and showed them the email they sent us (written in German , they didn't quite understand why we were there and thought we had a reservation for their hotel, and made us jump from the restaurant to the cafe next door and then back to the restaurant. Appart from that minor detail, we found that the servers were rather friendly and the food was very good. The prices are a bit high considering our dishes had no vegetables as sides, but the quality was there. Not our usual choice when we come to Baden-Baden, but we were happy with our meal and will probably come back. However, seeing a photo posted here by another customer, we thought they had cheese fondue, but that wasn't the case, at least not today (maybe they don't have it during summer time? . Recommended

Customer service is next to nothing, strange things that they charged us 3.5 € per person for energy and their electricity decoration which was unbearable in addition to the very rude waitress. Once I was asking for an explanation they didn't care and just replied you pay cash or with card

They charge us 3.50 eur per person for the 'energy ' and xmas decoration. Honestly, I never seen this. We ve been roadtripping around the region and tasted lots of restaurants with cozy and great lighting and no one charging us. What is this?

I had Rahmschnitzel with spaetzle and a side salad. The meal was excellent, the portions huge. No room after for dessert. I only wished the place didn’t have the modern upscale interior design that makes every place feel generic. The staff was great. The service quick and attentive
