Ichiban Sushi Number2 - Bakersfield

I'm ambivalent about this restaurant. The food tends to be inconsistent, and it appears that the quality varies depending on the time of day you visit. However, I did notice that the food was better during my most recent visit.

The food was fantastic and the service was excellent. We enjoyed the moonlight dish and the mussels, as well as the sashimi tuna and salmon, which were incredibly fresh and melted in our mouths.

I've been frequenting this sushi spot for over 10 years, and it never disappoints. The staff is always wonderful, the atmosphere is fantastic, and they always greet you warmly when you arrive and when you leave. I love it!
