Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Bakersfield

The woman at the window was impolite. She handed me my order, closed the window, and walked away without a word. I didn't go to Honey Butter for the rude service or lack of condiments. The food was definitely stale and had a taste of being reheated in old, bad oil.

Service was great, but the spicy chicken sandwiches we ordered were lukewarm, and the sauce was dried like oil when she was left on a pan after it was shut off. Usually eating is fresh, but that was not definitiw.

I'm just a little disappointed, we went to the popeyes at the corner of chester in bakersfield and we spent a little over $50.00 eating there we order the big tee in the bag as well as my man asked if he had a cup for the tee that the keerl at the theke said it didn't come with tassen, but the opponent said I'll sell them a drink and put them tee out. So, where does it make sense that we have a lot to eat and the big bag sweet tee and my man had to buy a cup with tee. for the manager I hope that they change their policy for this it is rediculous about giving tassen to go with the meal it is rude and not customer service as I do not be back to spend another dime on the popeyes!

The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. I placed an order online through a mobile app and waited an hour for my food. This experience was awful. They are always slow to fulfill orders.

The chicken and Mac n cheese were absolutely delicious, but unfortunately the biscuits and fries were stale and hard. It was disappointing that the two items I was really looking forward to were not up to par.
