Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

The restaurant was clean, the hostess, manager and waitress were all very nice, helpful and attentive. there were about 25 minutes waiting for a table, but this is the case in the rule at this facility. the manager made interviews to host more and wait staff due to a lack of personal. our waitress made sure that we had everything in time and that was something salty, good and delicious. I would recommend this place to others because they have a lot of food for the whole family.

The service was great, hostess has often checked. if they did not know that they have groundless pommes, which means after they eat the foods that come with their order, they can ask for more. they can also mix n match with the different options, so if they order regular pommes, but want to try out the sweet kartoffel or garlic pommes they can. *Note for well made burger ask if they don't like pink ground bark* there was a 30-minute waiting time (expected for a Sunday afternoon) would definitely recommend, although burger is really good.

This place was great, it was super clean and the staff was very nice. Eating takes like 10 minutes, which is great when they meet friends to catch up. their prices are transparent and they can also order and pay at the minitically kiosk

It'd been a bit since I've been here and I have to admit, it wasn't as good as I remember.. sorry to say! The place looked a little run down, went to the restroom to wash my hands and OMGOSH, you could barely breath in there, it smelled so bad!!! I ordered a mushroom burger and asked for avocado and 2 little pieces that I got were sad looking!! My husband ordered a guacamole and bacon burger, they didn't even add the bacon!! The only good was the onion ring tower! And I used to love their steak fries, this time around they were a little on the dry side?! I wanted a beer and it was easier for her to name of the beers they did have bcus they were out of most of them?! Don't know what that was about? Anyhow, our server was very nice and checked on on us which is why I'm giving it a 4 and while the food was decent, it just wasn't up to par this time!

I read reviews and was a little hesitant to come to Red Robins. So, this is my personal opinion after having spent some time there. Food was good. service is good. The only concern is the layout of tables. I think tables MUST be organized better to allow more space to sit comfortably and more relaxed. Too many people pass you by, employees go in and out between those NARROW passages of tables too.... At some point it really got annoying. Distancing between tables would make a big difference. The manager took all orders correctly.
