Stood waiting for server to seat us despite other employees walking by as if nobody Was there. Got seated and very disappointed w staff. Complaining about other employees and chatting with clocked out staff at the bar. Messy, extremely unprofessional, loud and no floor manager in sight. Won't be coming back.
Dirty, place nasty food. The service was good with out waitress but definitely not going back due to food quality
TERRIBLE! 5/31/2022 This place gets worse and worse each time my husband i come. Tonight was the straw that broke the camel's back. We will not be returning to this location either, i ordered the cheese with bacon with was poured into a cup and microwaved, my clucks must of been shrunk and FULL of batter only I have to say the fries were the only thing great about this place! No silver ware given nor asked if we need any until we asked and almost done with our food and some of it cold silverware were brought to us! Didn't leave a tip because our waitress was more interested with the young chicks at the bar then our service! Quality of food was Awful over all and the place looks dirty old needs an update
My husband and I went in Sunday , May 22nd. Once we were seated, we ordered our drinks. I ordered a Sprite, and he ordered a chocolate shake and water. The sprite and his water came, but no shake. It finally arrived 10 minutes later. The sprite was so disgusting that I had to order a raspberry tea which was good. We ordered our food after another 15 minutes. I ordered the Ensenada chicken plate and the bacon cheese fondue as an appetizer. It never arrived. After another 20 minutes, we demanded to know why our order wasn't given to us. The hostess said she would check. She came back a minute later with our food minus the appetizer. I said that I had ordered an appetizer, and said she didn't know. I said it's too late now. She put the plates down, apologized and left. His burger wasn't as he ordered it plus it was cold. My chicken plate was cold as well. It was clear that the food had sat for quite awhile at the pass. We also had no silverware or napkins. We called the hostess back over and demanded the manager. Instead of the manager our waitress came to see what the problem was, so we told her that we never got the appetizer, had to ask for our food from the hostess because she herself didn't come around. Not to mention that it wasn't right and cold. We said we were leaving but would pay for the drinks. We honestly thought they should have comped them after all the screw-ups, but she gave us the bill, we paid, and of course, no tip and left. My husband was so mad and disgusted that he forgot to pick up his phone off the table. I went back in for it, and the hostess went to check lost and found. The phone was not there, so I went out but came right back in as I knew the phone was there. Another server had put it up at the podium. It was just a very disappointing and ridiculous lack of service, an uncaring waitress and them just not making sure if the food was as ordered and to ensure the food was hot and fresh. Needless to say, we will not be back, which is sad because we love Red Robin. We normally have good service, so our dining experience shouldn't have happened.
Took a while to get our food and drinks. The server was very busy and it seemed like we were a burden for her. Same the food was tasty once we got it.
