Crust Gourmet Pizza - BALGOWLAH

The restaurant offers a wide variety of menu options, but it may be on the pricier side. The service is good for takeout orders. We had dinner there and the food was rated a 4 out of 5. The service and atmosphere also received a rating of 4 out of 5.

My favorite pizza place is near Manly Ray's, but we decided to give Crust a try since we had a good voucher for it. The deal for a large pizza was a bit much for just two of us, but it was perfect for four adults. I enjoyed my pizza, but the crust was a bit too thick for my liking.

I ordered a pizza and dessert from Crust Balgowlah last night, and I was extremely disappointed. The food was cold, burnt, and soggy, and the presentation and overall quality were lacking. I am a loyal customer of this restaurant, but I cannot overlook this poor experience.

The pizzas at this restaurant are delicious with a wide variety of options for vegetarians, which is why we have been loyal customers for years. Unfortunately, the recent delivery service has been extremely disappointing, forcing us to consider finding another place to order from. There have been multiple instances where our pizza arrived three hours late, despite being promised a 45-minute delivery time. Tonight, after only one pizza was delivered on time, we had to call the restaurant twice to inquire about the missing pizza. We received no apology or offer of compensation for the inconvenience. For future customers, I suggest opting for pick-up as the only reliable option if you want to receive your food in a timely manner.

We paid an additional $6 to add salami to two margherita pizzas because there was no basic pepperoni pizza option. However, each pizza only had 6 slices of pepperoni on them. The pizzas were lukewarm and did not meet the quality we expected given the price. We have had better pizza from Domino's. The delivery service was average. Overall, the meal was disappointing for the price we paid.
