Don Ciccios Pizza & Pasta

The staff is friendly, but the pizzas are terrible and too expensive. I will not be returning. The pizzas had no sauce and lacked flavor.

The service was okay. We called for delivery, but it was overpriced, so we decided to pick up instead. The person who helped us didn't seem enthusiastic. The price of the pizzas was fair, but they weren't very tasty. Overall, it's not a place we would visit again. We'll opt to go to Domino's across the street instead.

I had to wait 3 hours for the deliver and when it arrived it was stone cold. I have contacted the store and was advised my order was on its way Should have been a 10 minute drive another hour passed and it finally arrived. The pizza was stone cold and half of the topping was stuck to the lid. I have since contact the store with my complaint and have not heard a thing back. Absolutely discussed with their food, lack of customer service and NIL follow up service after a complaint. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE . Plenty of other pizza places in Ballarat who will value you as a customer.

Have given this place so many chances but the food gets worse and worse. It's some kind of race with the Pizza makers to see how fast they can throw a few toppings at a base and slam it in the oven. No care or quality control for what they are doing. Asked for Chilli Flakes on a pizza and got far more Chilli Flakes than cheese, making the pizza inedible. The restaurant itself is cluttered with all sorts of stuff making it look more like a flea market stall than a restaurant.

3 different pizzas for our group, all covered in excessive ham, barely any cheese minimal other cheap toppings. Get what you pay for, won't make this mistake again.
