Unfortunately, this is the state of the store. It consistently has a negative atmosphere, and there seems to be ongoing conflict with customer service. It's not just a matter of the economy.

This place has the best ice cream in the city! I absolutely love the ambiance. I really hope they bring back the blackberry chocolate flavor!

Oberweis is fantastic! As soon as you step inside, you're greeted by the delightful aroma of real ice cream made from pure milk. The ice cream itself is sweet, creamy, and unlike anything you find at typical ice cream shops. The variety of flavors on the menu is impressive. Oberweis also has a grab-and-go refrigerator and even a cozy area to sit and enjoy your treats. This place definitely deserves a 5-star rating for its ice cream!
