Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace

Love this hotel It is clean and in a very good location.

Best experience ever starting at the front desk, his name is Ron T. Great professionalism and personality.

Room was nice and cozy, but something sticky on the floor so I can't give it 5 stars. Didn't really have much interaction with staff other than check in and the women at the desk were friendly. Did not eat or drink there. Location is very nice and within walking distance to a lot, however, the shopping area is like a ghost town with maybe a handful of stores that are open. Rather depressing. I realize it's not the hotel's fault but for a city, other than the aquarium and eating/drinking there isn't much around anymore.

It's really nice and their rooms view are beautiful. It's clean and it has a great restaurant. The only is the parking lot is separate. Everyone really makes you welcome.

Stay overall was uneventful. I was upgraded when I checked in which was very kind of them to do. I had issues with communication during my stay I tried to called for room service several times and was met with voicemail. I called the front desk several different times and no one ever picked up. Ended up going down to the restaurant to order food and it was pretty overpriced for what they give you. Wouldn't recommend staying here
