Dave Buster's Baltimore (white Marsh)

Our server and their trainer were amazing and eating came out quickly. the only frustrating thing was our table was not ready until 15 minutes after our reservation and there were tons of open tables. it is a bit expensive, but I have to eat gluten-free and what I ordered did not make me sick, so dave and buster’s is now on my short list of places where I can eat.

At the place arrived showed them that I had reserved seats and was still unable to get a table.

Had kept by open table and when I came there, I showed the host and was told that there was first coming service. they asked to speak to a manager and was told that he was weakened and could not accommodate us. this facility will never give my business.

We were seated upon arrival. We sat for over 20 minutes at the table. I got up and went over to the host to tell them we have not seen our server. 10 minutes later he came over and took our order. Asked him 2 times were our drinks were at. Took my last bite of food and our 2 waters and bottled root beer finally came out. He never checked to see if we needed anything. Other tables around us that he was serving seemed to get better service then we did. He brings the bill over and stands behind me seeing if I was putting a tip in. I asked for 2 boxes and never received them. Waited for 30 minutes, got up and walked over to the bar to get boxes. Meantime my son and friends were already playing games for his birthday. By the time I finally got the boxes myself my son was done playing games. Really wish I could take my tip back because this server didn't deserve a penny. This was my first time at this restaurant and it will be my last.

Its a great place to hang out, if a bit overpriced.
