The food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious, and the prices are very affordable. I highly recommend trying the Fried Mackerel with Fish Sauce, Crab Mok Mok, Clam Jor, and the Toddy Palm served in a floating glass. I give the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect score of 5.
