Avaliação da contribuiçãoI had the best coffee so far (Marula coffee) here down South. Everything on it is surprisingly amazing. Haven’t had anything like this overseas. Just great! Worth the try! And good thing about it, it is not pricey. Not to mention their mains, their view, the ambiance. Can’t wait to drive back again.
A place with a very nice ambience and has a very good food with a very strong and balanced menu accompanied with a very nice view, not to mention its exclusivity from the public. Architecturally, I loved how the establishment disconnects itself from civilization by clouding itself with nature and orienting its vistas to the sea.
To be honest, I found Cafe Labyrinth’s menu somewhat pretentious. The descriptions raised my expectations for the food, but ultimately, it did not live up to its price tag. Therefore, I would rate the value for money as 3 out of 5. The food was decent, but I anticipated more from the hot mocha coffee—it was just okay. Overall, I’d rate my first experience at Cafe Labyrinth a solid 4 out of 5. The ambiance was relaxing and uplifting, and I particularly enjoyed the curly fries. Lastly, I appreciate that Cafe Labyrinth is pet-friendly. Guidelines are posted in the parking lot and outside the cafe, asking pet owners to read and adhere to them for the consideration of other guests, which I think is a thoughtful touch.
This was my first visit, and I absolutely loved it! The food was outstanding—so delicious that you'll want to go back for seconds. The café offers a fantastic view of the sea, although the entrance can be a bit tricky to find depending on your approach. They are also pet-friendly, but pets must be kept on a leash. The restrooms are clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Be sure to try the Cheese and Beef Quesadillas, Just Pancakes, Grilled Baby Back Ribs, Korean Style Beef, and the Chocolate Cake! You can call ahead to reserve a table and place an order in advance. I’ve included the menu in the photos.
The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, and our orders arrived promptly. The coffee is good, and the beef quesadilla is decent. However, the pastas were quite disappointing. The brioche French toast was soggy (if you haven't tried brioche French toast yet, I recommend Mary Grace to see what I mean). We ordered two carbonaras, and unfortunately, they were a letdown. There was no creaminess, and they had a bitter taste that ruined the dish. The Aglio Olio had some flavor but needed a bit more salt to be truly enjoyable. One of the guests found it tasteless and felt it should be paired with shrimp for flavor. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback constructively and considers a taste test of their menu. I would stop by again if I’m in the mood for coffee.
