Le P'ti fort - Banne

Really lovely square in the center. Stopped for a coffee but saw the menu and decided to eat. Very pleasant salad. We all enjoyed the food. Good quick service. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Will go back as not a rip off.

Banne is a lovely place to visit if you enjoy picturesque villages, traditional villages and cracking views. The Fort boasts amazing views and excellent photo opportunities. A steep but not unmanageable walk takes you to the top and helpfully there are steps or steep roads you can choose between. There is a lovely square in Banne where you can have a drink or a meal.

What a wonderful setting, tucked away on top of a hill!! The food was delicious. Unfortunately there seems to be only one server and one chef!! In the summer months perhaps another server would be a help as we had to wait a long time between courses and we had to ask 3 times for the bill as the lady kept getting interrupted.

Chose the menu du jour, there were good choices for each course and very good value for money. We were made to feel very welcome and the service was excellent.
