I adore this fish and chip shop! Their potato cakes and lamb souvlaki are the best. Don't forget to add bacon and cheese to the souvlaki - it's insanely delicious.
100% best fish and chips in the area. Potato cakes are so crispy on the outside and fluffy and delish on the inside chips are perfect. They do a good souvlaki too! Staff are always nice and owner always remembers my name !
There 's nothing quite like a Friday night fish n ' chip dinner! Hubby bear and I have wanted to try this place for quite some time and finally made the short trek there! I got a veg burger: standard bubble 'n ' squeak type patty with some sauce, lettuce, tomato and onion in a hamburger bun. Pretty good for the price, but nothing incredibly amazing. Hubby got the burger with the lot which had all the classic trimmings of sauce, tomato, lettuce, egg, cheese and again it was quite good for the price. He grabbed a piece of grilled flake too and was surprised at the yummy flavour! Definitely tasty, he said! We also had a minimum of chips which were cooked just right (crunchy on the outside, soft inside) and all this for just over $20! Top it off with very friendly, smiling customer service I dare say we 'll head back there again when we get the hankering for another deep fried dinner! Ha!
I'm hard to please when it comes to fish shops. But LPS serves up a yummy fillet of fish covered in crunchy batter. Well satisfied.
