We should have taken some pics because the presentation was as good as the food! Everything was spot on. My wife and I shared 6 dishes and a dessert. We would not hesitate to order every dish a second time. Thank you for introducing my wife to swordfish! She is not a seafood eater, but now loves swordfish! Unbelievably delicious, certainly a little oasis in Bar Harbor! Tapas were so creative and so so delicious (and filling, bonus! . Wine was very reasonably priced and the staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and gracious! Much thanks to Shane and the very friendly bartender (with long hair, blanking on her name. ! Thank you, CIAO! Vegetarian options: I’m mostly veggie with a few fish exceptions. Excellent vegetarian options and I even had the tuna which was perfectly done and zero fishy-ness. EXCELLENT! We have been following Chef Kyle for years and have always eaten at his restaurants whenever we can. Ciao is the latest creation and it does not disappoint! It is very hard to choose which small plates to order; they all sound amazing. We finally settled on several and were not disappointed. The presentation is stunning and the flavors top it all! I am eager to return to try items I didn’t have space for this time! I recommend Ciao without reservation. Eat here. You will be so happy that you did.
