Avaliação da contribuiçãoFor every 14000 pesos my man and I were served: blackberry juice- the best of the trip so far soup- very bland, but typical lechuga of pork/chicken- both cooked and dry rice- level garbanzo bohnen- very good and well fed gelatin with ananas for dessert...was a more relaxed. (ending with a higher quality sweet would leave a better overall impression.) the service was good and our waiter was very patient with our Spanish. the location cannot be rivaled in this city. the garden of this large old house is a cool, quiet oasis of the heat of the day. there is also a bar to stop on the opposite side of the farm, only a drink and rest. we thought the price of the meal was fair, given the beautiful setting and the staff (a cooking school, art and crafts school.) we recommend to offer them a spice for the grilled meat and a small but more interesting dessert to their menu del diá. we hope to return one of our remaining nights in barichara to dinner. 5-service 3-food 4-quality
We were a group of 4 adults and 5 children. Nice ambience, green, fresh atmosphere. Service was slow; needed to ask waiter for same thing several times and even get up to “go get it yourself”. Food was good for kids (plain grilled chicken breast)....For the rest of us it didn’t meet expectations. Meat was not as mentioned, and was over cooked even though asked mid done. Pasta was undercooked, a bit hard. The “rabo de toro” risotto was ok. Overall really bored after getting there with high expectations.
Nice and quiet patio. Restaurant with bring tour own. Goat with ant sauce was delicicous. Check out the souvenirs
I visit this restaurant at least once per month. The staff is always willing to help and satisfy everything I ask for. The chef and the kitchen staff in general REALLY know how to do their job. If you're looking for a top quality meal...in Barichara, then this is your place.
I was very excited to go to this restaurant but I was totally disappointed. We order form the menu and we were served whatever they wanted.... nothing was close to what was described in the menu.
