Boucherie - BARLETTA

Me and my wife visited this place 21/10/2017. We turn up to a full house at 8:50 and advise we do not have a booking but would like to eat. My wife (in italian) asked the girl on the till she advised she would take our name and in 30 minutes the table would be ready. We left and returned after 25 minutes to people with families outside waiting. My wife asked them in italian how long they wait they say 10 minutes. I proceed to go inside and ask how long our table will be (in english) i then have to wait for a waitress who speaks english to tell me 10 more minutes. Then literally seconds later they call through the family my wife was speaking too!!!! I then stand inside (with every one else waiting) for then more people to be called through before us. All of a sudden a man apprears,,, must be the owner.. he asks the waitress (the same one who told us 10 minutes 30 minutes ago) are the waiting? She said yes. She does no more than moves me out the way to open a door with a table for 2 that has not been used ALL this time!!! I admit i am fuming and dont want to stay to satisfy them in eating their food!! My wife calms me down we order and eat. THE FOOD IS AMAZING i have no issue with the chefs but the girls on the front desk are down right disrespectful they done NO WORK until the manager turned up then they were running round like ‘yes sir no sir’ They even messed up 2 orders while i was there bet there was non of this once i left and the main man was there. I think next time i wish to order from here take away is the best option do not speak to the girls to book a table request to speak to the owner as he seems like a perfectionist!!! As i say the food is amazing just a shame the front of the house is so bad and they are the first point of contact for the customers.

Good gastronomic concept. It is a butcher shop that in addition to selling meat products also offers the possibility of eating/dining in the same place, or outside on its small terrace. There was room and the staff was very correct with us, we even asked for a change of table and there was no problem. The meat was very good, we asked for a CAPO burger and a TRUFATTA. Of antipasti we decant for a carpaccio with pesto sauce. We really had a nice dinner. It was nice for the concept of the establishment itself, eating in the same butcher shop with all the products behind us personally liked me a lot, and it was easier to decide than meat to choose. I recommend, we repeat!

If you could, the vote would be 10! Quality of products, wide choice, always fresh meat, possibility to choose also side dishes of substantial vegetables and well made for those who do not eat meat, excellent selection of drinks and wines... Prices more than accessible, very kind staff and average service time! Easy to reach, there are many parking spaces nearby! I go there often!

I ordered takeaway. Good service and meat, old alas bread. In addition, the online menu has prices that are lower than the one requested at the time of payment.

We come back every time often and gladly, for their honest prices, for their kindness and goodness of the products!! Friendly staff, and impeccable service! For those who have never been there I recommend, a beautiful and small genuine reality in the heart of barletta
