Nancy's Fancys - Barnard

Every Wednesday, dinner begins at 5 PM and costs just under $9 per person, which includes beverages like water, sweet tea, coffee, and lemonade. However, it's worth noting that the restaurant is not very suitable for children, as there are no changing tables or high chairs available.

I had an amazing meal that included BBQ chicken, mac and cheese, potato salad, coleslaw or creamed corn, and a choice of tea or lemonade, all wrapped up with a delightful cupcake for dessert. The turnout for the first Sunday dinner was impressive, and everything tasted absolutely delicious. As a family member, I might be a bit biased about the food, but while I was working as a waitress clearing tables, I couldn’t help but notice there were hardly any leftovers—just a few empty chicken bones left behind. That really shows how much everyone enjoyed the meal! A huge thank you to Nan for her fantastic work today!

This restaurant is truly a hidden gem in Lincoln County! I chose the Chicken Bacon Ranch, which had perfectly cooked, fresh chicken and turned out to be an excellent decision. It paired wonderfully with the homemade onion rings, which were thinly sliced and lightly breaded. To cap off the meal, I enjoyed some refreshing lemon sherbet, which was delightful. I hadn't realized what I was missing until tonight. I'll definitely be looking out for the Wednesday night specials from now on!
