Mcdonald's Restaurants - Barnet

I ordered at aprox17.30 on01/10/2022. site came up with approx 30min delivery time, the time kept changing to longer delivery times. At 8.30pm i checked again and site said it had been delivered. i tried to contact McDonalds with no success. i have been trying to contact them this morning but so far phone has not been answered. i can only assume that order was never processed/delivered to wrong address/driver ate it. i now have to waste my time attempting to get a refund. what a shambles. Needless to say, i am extremely annoyed. Mcdonalds need to get their act together.

Very bad! My partner I ordered a takeaway from here earlier, both the same order so nothing complicated. Arrived. ALL fries cold soggy couldnt eat them. Burgers just about warm awful! The food had obviously been sat a while. Not a good experience wont be ordered from there again.

It's a joke when staff in Mc D's High Barnet the staff are incompetent they cannot even get an order done correctly. It's happened a couple of times now in the pasted. so we'd stopped placing orders. but thought give it another try. So placed an order low behold it arrived with missing items again No Syrup No Butter for our daughters pancakes.

Order placed at 11:20am 20 mins after breakfast menu ends. How on earth is my fillet of fish bun hard, chips old tasting. Yuck yuck yuck. They clearly start cooking main menu from 10am or earlier and serving non fresh food. Is this a franchise? Terrible is an understatement.

I mean seriously, I get forgetting sauces or even straws, but forgetting the Big Mac in a Big Mac meal….. oh and the driver took a route clearly via the North Pole. Mozzarella dippers with no sauce are about as much use as a bicycle to a fish and when they’re colder than my ex wife’s heart they are basically inedible, And when I called and spoke to the manager?…. Well, What an utterly inept attempt at customer service. I was told there was nothing he could do but if I got in MY car and drove to the restaurant they’d replace the food I was missing…. Seriously? If I drive to your ‘restaurant’ you would not be ‘Loving it’ much like I’m not! Now I’m going to make a sandwich that I’ll manage to not sod up as badly as McDonalds do!
