Applebee's Grill Bar Restaurant

It was terrible my drink was wrong, the server had poor customer service. We waited 2 hours for food which is ridiculous

My server had a rude attitude and called me out of my name her name was KD we can in on late Thursday

My server KD took her time with me and my clients special needs). She made sure their food came out before mine to minimize any behaviors. That made my experience that much more enjoyable. Thnx for going the extra mile for my guys!!! you Rock!!!

Update June 2024: service was much better, the waitress was great food arrived at a decent time and was good. Service was lacking this time, but the hostess was so nice, fun and energetic that he made up for the lack of a waiter.

KD did amazing!! Make sure y’all ask for her. She had great service and was super nice!!
